DIRECTIONS BY ROAD

From M27 junction 1, follow the A31 to Wimborne Minster, then take the A349 into Poole town centre and follow signs to the Port (A350). Thistle Poole is on the seafront. If you’re travelling to Thistle Poole by car, car parking is available for 120 cars at a charge of £5 per night. Please note that Parking Eye is used in the car park, so please ensure that you register your car details at reception on arrival. For those not staying in the hotel, please use the pay and display machines located in the car park, or follow the instructions on signs in the car park to pay by card. To programme your sat-nav, please use the postcode BH15 1HD.


TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please call the Christmas co-ordinator on 01202 361622. A non refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking. Deposits are per person and non refundable. Full and final payment must be received a minimum of 14 days prior along with menu choices and pre ordered wine.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits, part payments and full payments are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances. We recommend you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Thistle Poole, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.


FOOD AND DRINK

Please advise the hotel of any dietary requirements prior to your party. We will endeavour to meet any requirements where possible and allergen data information can be provided to guests who require this. We can never guarantee our meals will not contain traces of allergens due to these products being used in the kitchen and dining room. Menus are correct at time of print but may be subject
to change. All prices include VAT at the current rate.


 GENERAL INFORMATION

Complimentary car parking is available to all party guests. All guests are required to enter their vehicle registration into the system at reception to avoid an automatic fine being issued by Parking Eye, the car parking management company. There is a reduced rate of £5 for those guests wishing to leave a vehicle overnight - please enquire at reception on the night. Cloakroom available - small donation to go to our chosen charity.
