Dates and Prices

  • Our private package is available on any day of the week. A minimum guest number will apply based on the meeting room chosen for the event.
  • Standard Christmas Party Package rate is £27.50 per person.
  • Premium Christmas Party Package rate is £36.00 per person.
  • All prices include VAT at the current rate.

 Party times

Doors open: 6:30pm
Dinner served: 7:30pm
DJ starting: 7:30pm
Bar closes: 01:20am
Guests depart: 01:30am
Start time is flexible based on client's requirements.


 Accommodation offers

We are happy to offer a rate from £65 inc B&B for sole occupancy and from £75 inc B&B for double occupancy. Please contact us for availability and rates.
Car parking is complimentary during the event and £5.00 for overnight stay.


Any additional information

Our Standard Package includes an arrival drink, a three course Christmas dinner with tea/coffee, hats and crackers.
Our Premium Package includes an arrival drink and three canapes, a three course Christmas dinner, tea/coffee with mince pies, hats, crackers and a half bottle of house wine per person.
Maximum capacity for a Christmas Party is 500 pax in our stunning Aviation Suite.
Our Aviation Bar will be available for the guests to purchase drinks.


 Cancellation policy

Deposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In an event of a cancellation by the hotel an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.


Food and drink

Menus are correct at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change.
Some special diets can be catered for individually, providing we are aware of them in advance.
Please be aware that food items may contain traces of nuts.
Allergen information can be provided for all menu items on request.
Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied no later than 21 days prior to the event date to ensure efficient service of your chosen meal. Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought in unless a corkage charge has been agreed and paid prior to the event.


General information

We request that our guests dress smart casual for all our Christmas parties - no trainers permitted.
No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to attend our Christmas parties unless they are supervised by an adult.
Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
This will be non-refundable or transferable.


 To make a booking

Please contact our Meetings & Events Team with all enquiries on eventsheathrow@thistle.co.uk.
We require a £10.00 per person deposit for all bookings which is taken as acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days unless otherwise advised. If no deposit has been paid within 14 days the booking may be released without prior notification. The total balance outstanding is required 21 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Drinks receptions and packages will be tailor-made to suit our clients' requirements.
Bucks fizz is from £6.50 per person and a canape is £2.00 per piece per person.


 

Welcome drink

We can offer a variety or arrival drinks such as bucks fizz, orange juice or sparkling wine. Please contact us if you are looking for any different drink and we will be happy to look into it.

Directions

From the west: leave the M4 at junction 5 (A40/ B470). At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A4, signposted Colnbrook, then follow signs for Heathrow and Hounslow. At the traffic lights, turn right, signposted M25, Heathrow Airport and Staines. After approximately 300 metres, take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Old Bath Road and continue through Longford village. Thistle London Heathrow is 250 metres on the right-hand side. From London: leave the M4 and junction 4 and take the first exit, signposted Heathrow Terminals 1,2 and 3. At the next roundabout (with the Emirates A380 Airbus!) take the second exit, signposted Terminal 4. After about 30 metres, take the first exit off the roundabout signposted Slough, A4. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the A4, signposted Staines. Travel along Bath Road and just before McDonalds and the Total petrol station turn left onto Old Bath Road. The hotel is located 100 metres on the left-hand side.
