Enjoy the atmosphere in the Annlann Restaurant. Children receive a visit from Santa and for the adults, a glass of sparkling wine on arrival. A festive 4 course lunch will follow, lovingly prepared by Executive Chef, Billy Campbell.

  • Smoked ham haugh and smoked shallot terrine served with a wild rocket salad and grain mustard swipe.
  • Salmon gravadlax with winter leaves and a Lilliput caper dressing.
  • Little gem lettuce, Strathdon blue cheese and ciabatta croûtes with a ranch dressing (v).

Intermediate

  • Leek and potato soup with chives and a truffle oil (v).

Mains

  • Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.
  • Teriyaki glazed roast rib of beef.

This is a truly grand affair!

Start the night with a Champagne and canapé reception followed by the sounds of the piper whilst you take your seats for a truly wonderful 4 course meal created by Executive Chef, Billy Campbell, using the very best ingredients from all over Scotland.

To get the spirits spinning and legs jigging, our Ceilidh Band will play a superb mix of traditional and modern Scottish music up to the bells, which will be brought in by our Pipe Major before joining hands for Auld Lang Syne.

Our Resident DJ will finish the night off with stomping tunes to keep you dancing to the wee sma’ hours.
