Celebrate the New Year in style with a masquerade themed ball!

Starters

  • Goat’s cheese panna cotta with a sweet pepper dressing and beetroot salad (v).
  • Potted salmon and prawns on a cucumber and dill pickle with beluga caviar and a lemon crème frâiche.
  • Confit of duck and foie gras terrine with an asparagus and poached kumquat salad, toasted brioche and a blackberry glaze.

Amuse Bouche

  • Pea and ham or pea and mint soup (v).

Mains

  • Rosemary crusted rack of lamb, served with crispy sweetbreads, boulangère potatoes and finished with crushed root vegetables and a port and redcurrant jus.
  • Oven roasted cod loin wrapped in parma ham on olive and tomato crushed potatoes served with poached baby fennel, char grilled leeks and a basil infused cream sauce.
  • Wild mushroom, feta and red onion Wellington with spring onion mash, chantenay carrots and a tomato and cumin sauce (v).
